THE GOLDEN HOUR

The ‘Golden Hour' is a term often used in photography relating to the time around dawn and dusk when the light is soft,
shadows are longer and deeper and colours are more intense and saturated.

These characteristics of the Golden Hour create a magic time of reverie, a transition between states of light and dark,
where reality shifts and seems dreamy and ambiguous for a short while.

In these current works, I am attempting to grasp the elusive feeling of the Golden Hour to inspire contemplative reflection.
